Q: How many Batmobiles did Barris Kustom City build? 

A: Four total in the late sixties. The #1 was made out of steel and there were three fiberglass replicas.

Q: I heard that there was a 5th replica Batmobile that was made out of steel? 

A: Yes, there was a Thunderbird that was customized by a fan in the late 60's and later obtained by George Barris.

A: Hot Wheels produced a line of die-casts from 2007-2013.  Polar Lights also produced a line of models in 2010 & 2011.
